Reckon you could be next big thing in film and TV? Or maybe radio is more your style? How about designing graphics for everything from business cards to billboards? Want to create websites, understand media law or be a social media king or queen? Then the FETAC level 5 Multimedia Production programme funded by MSLETB at Áras Inis Gluaire is for you!
Going to college will be one of the most exciting phases of your life. It brings you the opportunity to meet new challenges, extend your knowledge and skills and to develop new friendships. Start that adventure at Áras Inis Gluaire in Belmullet Co. Mayo with this course this September.
You will work in a fully equipped media production lab with state of the art laptops and software. Throughout the course you will produce a portfolio of design work, including posters, magazine layouts, logo design, web layouts, book illustration, drawing, video, audio, photography and more. You will be encouraged to explore and express your ideas through a variety of media while developing your own unique and individual approach to visual problem solving. You will also take part in a very worthwhile work placement which will greatly enhance your CV, and help you on your way to discovering what career you would like to pursue in the future.
